JARED ON GETTING BACK TO RACING: “I’m excited about starting my first race of the 2012 season on a short track compared to a lot of the drivers who started at Daytona. I’m not too keen on watching the race from our pit box so I am pretty happy about getting back behind the wheel this weekend. We have never been to Mobile so it should be interesting, the guys seem pretty confident they have given me a car capable of winning the race.”
TEAM TMR ON “Alabama’s Fastest Half Mile”: It is the first of two new short tracks added to the ARCA Series schedule for 2012. The addition of crew chief Wayne Carroll to the team this year adds to the really strong short track program the team built last year; this will be the first time Carroll will call the shots for the 17 year old Dodge Motorsports Development Driver.

JARED FAST FACTS: First race in 2012 season and only the 8th ARCA Racing Series start for this Rookie competing only on short tracks in 2011 due to the age limit rule set by the series; best finish-4th Salem Speedway 2011.
